330 Asean-Japan Youths Want to Know Indonesia better

Balinews.xyz | MS cruises. Nippon Maru who brought 330 young ambassadors of ASEAN and Japan countries arrived at the port of Tanjung Priok North Jakarta on Friday 24 November.

The 44th youth participants of the 44th Southeast Asia Naval Program of Japan will conduct a series of Country Program activities in Jakarta for 4 days, until Monday 27 November 2017.

Earlier, the youth of ASEAN Japan had visited Tokyo Japan (October 23); Sihanoukville Cambodia (10 November); Bangkok Thailand (November 16); and will head to Port Klang Malaysia (30 November). Nippon Maru own ship last berth at Tanjung Priok in 2016 ago.

Since its inception in 1974, Nippon Maru has been the home of ASEAN youth ambassadors during their peer missions, increasing understanding, as well as social contribution to society through discussion, solidarity group, club activity and cultural exchange.

Post-program, the output of activities implemented in Post-Program Activity as a form of social contribution of participants in each country. '

The 52-day program is sponsored by the Japanese government with the support of the governments of 10 ASEAN countries. In addition to aboard, the activity continues in 5 countries visited (Country Program) where this year Jakarta again to host (Part of Call).

During the following Country Program in Jakarta, participants have the opportunity to get to know Indonesia closer through a variety of activities ranging from courtesy calls or visits to heads / state officials, institutional visits or institutional visits, cultural performances or cultural and artistic performances, to homestay or stay for 3 days 2 nights with foster family in Jakarta.
